I'm Ashley — a registered nurse, sound healing practitioner, and the founder of Innerbloom Sound, based in Sedona, Arizona. My work lives at the intersection of neuroscience, somatic practice, and the lived experience of the body. I've spent years working with the nervous system, first in clinical settings, and now through sound and space holding.

What I know from both worlds is this: the quality of an experience begins before anyone walks in the door. It begins with the practitioner's preparation, their presence, and yes, the tools they choose to work with.

This shop exists because I couldn't find a single place that curated instruments, cacao, and ritual tools with that same level of intentionality. Everything here is something I would bring into my own practice. I only partner with suppliers whose standards match what I believe space holding actually requires.

My nursing background shapes everything. I'm not interested in tools that look good on a shelf. I'm interested in what actually serves the people in your room — their regulation, their safety, their capacity to drop in. That's the standard I hold for this shop.

How our shop works

Our store is home to products from a curated collection of independent makers and wellness brands. When you place an order, it is fulfilled directly by the individual brand carrying that product. This means your order may arrive in separate packages if you've purchased items from more than one brand — and each package may have its own tracking number.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order contents, destination, and the fulfilling brand's carrier rates. You'll see the exact shipping total before you complete your purchase — no surprises.

Processing & delivery times

Each brand sets its own processing and handling time. Estimated timeframes are displayed on individual product pages where available. In general:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase.
  • Transit time varies by carrier and destination but is typically 3-5 business days once shipped.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information from the fulfilling brand. If you ordered from multiple brands, expect separate tracking emails for each shipment.

Shipping destination

We currently ship within the United States only. We are unable to fulfill orders to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time. 

Delays & issues

Once an order is in the carrier's hands, delivery timelines are outside our direct control. If your tracking shows no movement for more than [X] business days, or if your package appears lost or damaged upon arrival, please reach out to us at hello@innerbloomsound.com and we'll work with the fulfilling brand to make it right.
